JBRND exhibited for a second time at the Dubai Airshow this year. While showcasing our abilities in the VIP and commercial markets, we reminded those in attendance of our manufacturing capabilities in the military aviation market with products such as radomes, antenna bases and nacelles. We also announced a new in-aircraft elevator system, and a ground elevator system. Our electric SyncDrive window shade units, along with our foldout tables were of particular interest during the 5 day show.
According to Dubai Airshow staff, the show featured over 1,100 exhibitors from all of the world, and nearly 70,000 visitors attended this year’s event. They estimated that there were nearly 40 billion dollars in orders. The Dubai Airshow takes place every two years, alternating with MEBA, the Middle East Business Aviation event, also held at the Dubai World Trade Centre. We look forward to seeing everyone at MEBA 2016 which will be held in Dubai next December 6-8th.
