JBRND has completed their 4th building adding an additional 25,000 sq ft of work space. It houses a full scale 747 / 787 hybrid mock up, a new 5 axis 10′ x 15′ DMS Router, a 20 ft autoclave, and much more. This building was specifically designed to support JBRND’s expanding product line and recently added high powered machines. This building also allows for JBRND to take on larger scale projects that require adequate room as well as controlled temperatures.
JBRND is comprised of 6 separate shops housed in their San Antonio head quarters. With their extensive variety of machinery & equipment, they are able to keep the product life-cycle within their facility. JBRND offers machining, sheet metal fabrication, composite fabrication, tooling, mil spec finishes, heat treating and prototype fabrication services.
